Shipping Methods

  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipment. Processing times are not included in the estimated delivery times. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges apply based on the package weight and destination. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package at any time by logging into your account or clicking the tracking link in your shipment notification.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international locations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. Delivery times for international shipments may vary based on customs processing and local carrier availability.

Delayed Shipments

We strive to ship all orders on time. However, in the event of a delay due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible with an updated delivery estimate.

Responsibility for Lost or Damaged Packages

While we work diligently with our shipping carriers to ensure safe delivery, we encourage you to carefully inspect packages upon receipt. If your package arrives damaged or lost, please contact our customer service team immediately.

Changing Your Address

To modify your shipping address, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will attempt to update your address if your order has not yet been dispatched. Changes cannot be made after the package has left our facility.
